By accessing or using LightningTrack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LightningTrack provides a cloud-hosted issue tracking and project management platform with email integration
and AI-assisted prompt generation. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts & Workspaces
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and API keys.
One person may not maintain more than one free trial workspace simultaneously.
You must be 16 or older to use the Service.
3. Free Trial
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with full
access to all features.
No credit card is required to start a trial.
At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Your data is retained for
14 days after trial expiry before being permanently deleted.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Refunds: we offer a full refund within 7 days of the start of a new paid subscription
if you have not used the Service meaningfully (fewer than 10 issues created). After 7 days, no refunds
are issued for the current billing period.
Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next renewal date.
If payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment is not resolved, your workspace
will be suspended until payment is updated.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings โ Billing โ Manage Subscription.
Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, your workspace data is retained for 30 days, then permanently
deleted. You will receive email reminders before deletion.
To export your data before deletion, use Settings โ Privacy & Data โ Export Your Data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content.
Attempt to access another user's or tenant's data.
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
Use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
Use the Service to store regulated personal data (e.g. health records, payment card numbers) without our
prior written consent.
7. Data & Privacy
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is
incorporated into these Terms. Each workspace is stored in an isolated database. We do not access your
workspace data except for support purposes (with your permission) and legal obligations.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be
announced 24 hours in advance where possible. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure beyond
our backup retention window (30 days).
9. Intellectual Property
All content you create in LightningTrack remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.
The LightningTrack software, brand, and design are our intellectual property.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LightningTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount
you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of
England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
